How it works
We provide thorough ADHD assessments for adults and children, in person or online — whichever feels right for you. Each assessment takes approx. 1.5 - 2 hours, with your pre-assessment forms reviewed in advance, and your full diagnostic report ready within 7 working days.
-
Referral or self-referral. You do not need a GP referral to begin — you can come to us directly. Whether you have been referred or have reached out yourself, this first step is simply about making contact and arranging your assessment.
-
Collateral information With your consent, we gather supporting information — from a family member, a partner, or school reports where relevant. This added perspective helps ensure the assessment is complete and accurate.
-
Pre-assessment screening and questionnaires Before we meet, you will complete a set of standardised questionnaires. These give your clinician a structured picture of your experiences and are an important part of reaching an accurate diagnosis. We will guide you through exactly what is needed.
-
Comprehensive clinical assessment You will meet your specialist clinician for an in-depth appointment, either online or face to face. Together you will talk through your experiences and complete the gold-standard assessment in a calm, unhurried conversation.
-
Your Feedback Session Diagnosis and discussion We bring everything together and meet again to talk it through. This is your space to ask questions and understand what the results mean for you, in clear and supportive terms.
-
Diagnostic report and next steps You receive a full written report in plain, easy-to-understand language — your story, how the assessment was carried out, what the results mean, and practical next steps. The report is yours to keep and to share with your GP, school, or workplace.
